We’re looking for someone with:

Business Analysis & Project Delivery Skills

  • Proven ability to capture, analyse and redesign business processes (as-is / to-be) using BA tools and frameworks

  • Experience delivering end-to-end technology projects with significant business process change
  • Ability to lead and support testing, training, and change management activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience

  • 5+ years in business analysis, ideally in complex organisations or government environments (local/state/federal experience preferred)
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary project teams with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Exposure to digital transformation, information management or enterprise system implementations
  • Knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches

Technical Understanding

Experience in any of the following is desirable (but not essential):

  • TechOne (Ci or CiA)
  • Records and information management
  • Data migration and integration environments

More important than specific systems experience is your ability to quickly understand new technologies and translate business needs into practical solutions.
